● Failure to Resolve an Issue: A partial or full refund may be considered if a service was performed but did not resolve the issue it was intended to fix, and we are unable to remedy the situation after a reasonable attempt.
● Service Not As Agreed: A refund may be considered if the service performed was
significantly different from the service agreed upon in the work order or estimate, and the difference results in a measurable failure to meet the customer's needs.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for the following:
● Completed and Approved Services: Services that were completed as per the
agreement and approved by the customer at the time of service.
● Customer-Provided Information: If the issue was not resolved due to inaccurate or
incomplete information provided by the customer.
● Issues Unrelated to Our Service: Problems that arise after our service that are
unrelated to the work we performed (e.g., a new blockage, a broken pipe not in our
service area, or other system failures).
● Cancellation Fees: Fees for services that are canceled without sufficient notice as
outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
